So many perspectives…

This 3D printed ambiguous figure beautifully illustrates the subjective nature of truth. How we interpret reality is dependent on our perspective. No wonder miscommunication and conflict happen.

So what can we do?

It's impossible to avoid these misinterpretations but it is possible to minimize their impacts. Instead of being so certain that your perspective is correct, get curious. Ask questions that help you uncover other perspectives. Only then can we build bridges between different interpretations and start to work together.
